Abstract
The thesis argues that a professionally-important as a manager of banking services can be attributed, first of all: organizational skills, ability to establish business contacts, positively adjust to his people. Modern techniques of communicative qualities of the manager is the creation of communicative situations, which ran to the mechanisms of the respective competencies helping to quickly adapt to any professional situation, promoting networking, empowerment impact on the bank's clients.
