Abstract

In theses argues that the problem of social security and an optimal strategy to ensure it is in the inseparable unity of European integration and globalization guidelines, which in turn requires the use of balanced scientific and policy approaches. Therefore, in the training of future managers, it is important to form their readiness for social security society on the basis of relevant information and methodological support.
