Abstract

Integration trends on national regional and industrial levels in vocational training of labor force in Japan have been considered\ The main directions in which educational and industrial sectors consolidate their efforts in providing lifelong vocational training of people have been studied. The essence of responsibility distribution among participants of Japanese highly qualified specialists' training has been defined. Perspectives ofprogressive ideas of Japanese experience borrowing into educational environment of Ukraine have been determined.
