Abstract
The authors examines the scientific and methodological criteria for determination, identification and classification of professionally important qualities of a future professional in the context of the modern educational philosophy and methodology of pedagogical knowledge. The classification of professionally important qualities is justified in accordance with the fundamental pedagogical theories concept proposed by the authors. According to the name of a certain fundamental pedagogical theory the authors distinguish eleven kinds of professionally important qualities of specialists, namely: anthropological, psychological, ethical, aesthetic, cognitological, hermeneutical, axiological, noethic, synergistic, and sociological ones. Appropriate clarification of professionally important qualities essence and possibilities of formation of their certain kinds in future professionals is the subject of the corresponding fundamental pedagogical theories and should be done in the educational process of professional education.
