Abstract
The article deals with the peculiarities of workers' corporate professional training in Japanese and South Korean companies. The author analyses the factors influencing raising high-qualified labour force. The ways that allow to make the character of training progressive have been found. Variability of lifelong curriculum for individual demands of different types of learners has been studied. The article shows that corporate training creates conditions for professional socialization of labour force. Social, psychological and pedagogical conditions for personnel' professional socialization for the purpose of successful professional activity during the training have been found out. It reveals the influence of corporate rules and values in the training of qualified workers.
