Abstract
The article deals with the issue of highly qualified personnel's training in Japanese companies under the influence of Asian management. Peculiar features of Japanese management, which differentiate it from European and American approach to human resources have been revealed. The social environment, in which Japanese management was formed, has been described. The process of professionals' training has been investigated.
