Abstract

The question of professionalization education degree as a modern nobalnoyi trends that places new demands on the quality of education, trends and level of training. It is noted that the modernization of European education was legitimate, as geographical and socio-economic transformation led to increased mobility of European citizens. Thoroughly justified needs of the European labor market of the European Union training \ recognition of diplomas and standardization of education. Emphasized that the main purpose of the Bologna reforms is to harmonize European architecture education through the creation of pan-European standards and quality descriptors. It is noted that the increasing demands of the labor market, rapid technological change, globalization., Academic growth and labor mobility require the use of the competency approach to the formation of future teachers to improve their professional level, which is a requirement and priority modernization of higher pedagogical education of Ukraine confirmed thesis, which defines professionalization as a modern global trends in higher education. Emphasized the role of the Bologna agreement in the development of higher education in the EU and Ukraine in the context of the introduction of two-tier education since it deals with the creation of flexible choice of higher education qualifications and complete upgrade training programs, as well as strengthening its professional component Aschentovano note that bazovist higher education Bachelor-level and expert level in Ukrainian higher education hinder effective functioning of master's education.
