Abstract

The problem of psychological culture of healthy lifestyle requires the study of origin and development of the basic aspects of the cultivation of healthy lifestyle in world practice. The article is devoted to the theoretical analysis of historical aspects of origin and development of psychological culture of healthy lifestyle. Analysis of historical way of humanity in relation to the search of answers for a question about maintenance of health, contribution of historical society to development of lifestyle, which assisted maintenance of health, extension of life, bloom of society, will enable to ground expediency of the use of one or another health methods, their acceptability for a contemporary. The article is an original attempt to conduct a certain analytical cut through cultural history of humanity, that will enable to educe originality of approaches in different times and at different people to making of basic elements of lifestyle, which assists maintenance and strengthening of health of people.
