Abstract

A concept of conflictological competence of the head of the educational institution in the context of the competence-based approach is specified, defined its structure and psychological characteristics. Shows the possibility of application of socio-psychological training as a means of forming of management conflictological competence and the prevention of conflicts in the pedagogical collective.
