Abstract
The basic problems of social adaptation of students of pedagogical university are examined, the groups of values are offered and determination of concept is given the "valued orientations". It is rotined that adaptation of students of pedagogical university невідривна from their activity. It is well-proven that a large value is acquired by mastering of norms and values of collective, which a student perceives through the prisn-i of individual vital experience, making the own model of conduct, and adaptation is related to self affirmation of personality, with the display of it active attitude toward the world and comes forward as a mean and method of realization of social activity.
