Abstract

The article deals with the psychological aspects of the organization of adult education based on international experience of design research activities in this field. The analysis revealed that the development of scientific direction in the field of adult education based on psychological discussions of the leading ideas of the founder of American andragogics M. Knowles, goes her is beginning to spread rapidly around the world and particularly in Ukraine.
