Abstract
Dissertation for the degree of candidate of psychological sciences, speciality 19.00.05 – social psychology; psychology of social work. – Volodimir Dal East Ukrainian National University Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. – Luhansk, 2014. Dissertation is dedicated to studying of social-psychological factors of group education activities development. Has been analyzed the stratometric conception of intragroup activity of the group, which was put into the basis of research. On its basis a three-factor model of contact group development has been developed and directions of development of students group have been outlined. Peculiarities of informal interpersonal relations in senior high-school have been shown. It has been shown, that empiric research of social-psychological factors of development of group education activities requires application of complex research strategy and different methods and approaches. As empiric referents there have been chosen the locus of senior high-school student in informal structure of the students group, group dynamics of students group and academic progress of students. Peculiarities of informal interpersonal relations of students in senior high-school have been studied. There have been grounded and developed the correction-developmental program of formation of interpersonal relations in students collective. Effectiveness of suggested program has been experimentally proved. It is established empirically, that the main social-psychological factors of development of group education activities by senior students are cohesion, value-orientational unity, sociometric status and emotional expansiveness.
