Abstract
The article grounds the potential of the cultural approach to the future specialists’ professional training and the education quality improving. This approach is reflected in the personal orientation and focus on a personality as a target, subject, result, and main criterion of the educational process. Applying cultural approach to education must focus primarily on the development of the personality’s internal culture and the development of cultural tumors in the personality’s structure. In this context, the professional culture acts as a specialist’s universal characteristic, the formation of which is a system factor in a specialist’s professional development
