Abstract

Modern notions of professionalism undergo significant changes. If three to five years ago directed their employers to seek, above all, active, ambitious young people, it is now becoming increasingly convinced that the activity in combination with ambition create intolerable psychological atmosphere in the team. Irresponsibility, self-absorption and "life today," as signs of some modern lifestyle "professionals" bring harm not only to individual team level, but the scale of society. Given this, the problem becomes especially important spiritual development of modern professional psychological mechanisms of this activation process.
