Abstract
The article reveals the cultural, axiological, psychological aspects of spiritual culture of the teacher. Teacher-student interactions are viewed from the methodological point of understanding the educational process as a dialogue. Author disclosed psychological conditions of development of the teacher to motivate yourself spiritually professional growth, as well as socio-grounded psychological conditions that also have a positive impact on the achievement of the designated target.
