Abstract
The dissertation examines theoretical and methodological foundation of training higher economic education institutions instructors to design individully-styled educational technologies. The author’s conception of the aforementioned training is developed on the basis of the subject-productive approach. The model and technologies of training higher economic education institu-tions instructors to design individully-styled educational technologies are theoretically grounded and experimentally tested; the structure of instructors’ readiness to design educational technologies is developed; the criteria, indicators and levels thereof are defined; styles of designing educational technologies are determined and studied. The prospective areas for further research of the problem of training higher economic education institutions instructors to design individully-styled educational technologies are specified.
