Abstract

In the article the problem of determination of professional ability of personality is examined in the conditions of modern education. Diagnostics allows to define a professional fitness on the basis of complex evaluation of integrity of personality, her professional orientation, professional capabilities, professional self-determination, development professionally of necessary internals of character.
