Abstract
The concept of professional career is analyzed in the article, the basic components of readiness of future specialists are certain to successful realization of professional career. Influence of quarry expectations is investigational on embodiment of quarry plans, basic difficulties of the professional becoming of future specialists are certain. The criteria of evaluation of integrity of personality are reasonable, that is determined by means of complex of methodologies of diagnostics of professional fitness, depending on model classification of psychological features of future specialists. Pedagogical terms that must be created for forming of readiness of future specialists to successful realization of professional career are certain.
