Abstract
In the article and pedagogical factors of forming of professional suitability of future specialists is examined in the conditions of modern education. The basic components of professional suitability, that include, are certain: professional gift, professional orientation, physiological features of development, integrity and professional definiteness of personality. The pedagogical terms of organization of process of diagnostics are reasonable personalities that assist determination of personality descriptions, capabilities, and evil of motivation, professional preparedness, and physical development of personality. The problem of correlation of professional reliability and professional suitability is analysed in the process of preparation of future specialists.
