Abstract
The article outlines the state of readiness of teachers of vocational educational institutions to the implementation of the personality-developing pedagogical technologies. The data of experimental research on the application of domain-specific pedagogical technologies in training skilled workers, manifestations types of professional-pedagogical orientation of teachers of vocational educational institutions, their state of readiness for use of personality-developing pedagogical technologies, results of expert evaluation of the effectiveness of such technologies for skilled workers. Determined suggestions regarding the prospects of the use of personality-developing pedagogical technologies teachers of vocational educational institutions.
