Abstract

In this article the problem of administrative culture of officers in foreshortening psychological and pedagogical point of view, scientific sources which touch a problem administrative culture of specialists are analyzed, and the structure of administrative culture of officers is presented. It follows to bind forming and development of administrative culture of officers to comprehensive development them spiritual sphere, professionalism, competence. And here administrative culture, entering an element in all types of mutual relations of officer with the outward things of people, things, nature, comes forward basic and by an regulator him administrative activity and conduct. An administrative culture is difficult system dynamic education which expresses valued-motivational, emotionally volitional, managers, prakseological, control-estimating and subject constituents. The level of developed of these constituents represents functional reliability of administrative culture and adequately provides implementation of the administrative tasks put before officers.
