Abstract

The article analyses the problem of professional education of the future specialists of the service sphere. A special attention is paid to the analysis of the process of communication in the context of professional activity, and forming of communicative culture of vocational schools’ students. A dialogue as a basic component of communication and specific features of professional communication as a process of contacts establishment are under consideration. The author grounds the role of communicative competence as a component of professional competence of the workers of the service sphere.
