Abstract

In the article modern scientific approaches to the problem of partnership are analysed; different positions are exposed in interpretation of this phenomenon in the spectrum of such sciences as economy, sociology, psychology, pedagogics. Basic descriptions of partnership are disclosed: basic properties (consensus-oriented cooperation, stability of models of behavior, intersubjectivity, reflexivity); structure (general aim, general reason, synergies, general result). A concept is specified between-personal partnership as it applies to the children of senior preschool age, that is examined as a type of cooperation in joint activity, requiring combining effort of participants and supposing a mutual concordance at the level of aims, planning, adjusting and achievement of general result. It is certain that partner relations are regulated by the norms and rules, accepted in the group of coevals and accepted undoubtedly by the participants of relations. It is clear that partnership means: to divide ideas, to take part in joint activity, independently choosing the type of this activity, to have obligations and carry to communicate. Expediency and forming necessity are reasonable for the senior preschool children for between-personal partnership in preschool educational establishment, logic of forming for between-personal partner relations of senior preschool children is exposed with coevals in the process of co-operative activity.
