Abstract

The article deals with the analysis of strategy of creation and mechanism of selection of textbooks for secondary school. It is shown that a textbook is the component of integrated content of education and it should be coordinated with single conception to which all components of the content of education are subordinated. It is proved, that one of main problems of creation of textbooks in Ukraine is ignoring of this aspect during examination of manuscripts of textbooks for modern school.
