Abstract

The scientific and practical problems of development of learning environment of the modern pedagogical systems in this article are discussed. These problems are caused of development of global and national science, economics and educational practice. Somewhat in debatable statement, the attempt to give the answers to such problems are carried out: how we understand, what does it mean the terms - learning resources and their sets, what place and what role they play in modern training process; in what learning environment the learning recourses are used. From stands of a modern view and system approach the definitions of such basic categories of educational systems are offered: pedagogical system, learning and educational environment, learning instruction and learning instructional system, learning technology and mechanism of learning, learning resources system.
