Abstract

The article discusses the role of the textbook on jurisprudence in the formation of legal competence of students of 9th class. It is displaying criteria analysis textbooks practical course of law, which include: motivational, informative, activity-procedure. Characterized in detail one of the textbooks on the subject of «Law. Practical Course» by the specified criteria. The examples of fragments of this tutorial show how the content of a textbook, its structure affect the formation of legal competence ninth.
