Abstract
The concept presents the results of a theoretical definition of conceptual approaches to content of preschool education for children with visual impairments. The first chapter covers analysis of the leading factors of correction and compensatory effects such as thought and speech; requirements for corrective and compensatory process, content and teaching methods of correction. The second section is devoted to organizational and methodological basics of tiflopedagog ‘s (visual therapist’s) activities at special preschool.
