Abstract

In the article are examined the base positions of cultural and historical theory as methodological basis of study of problem of development of innovative culture of pedagogical workers. In the work are expounded workings determinations of innovative culture, are resulted and analysed the results of research of innovative culture of pedagogical workers of general educational establishments of Ukraine.
