Abstract

The role of motivation is examined to creative labour as a factor of overcoming of unemployment in the conditions of market economy. Analysed negative influence of factor of unemployment on psychological functions of creation of social stereotypes in unemployed persons. The problem of grant of psychological help unemployed persons which found oneself in a crisis situation opens up, by development of motivation to professional self-determination through self-knowledge of personality by the methods of арт-терапії.
