Abstract

This publication considers the problem of determining the nature and structure of future border to the use of means of border control in the current conditions in terms of building an integrated system of training in higher military educational establishments. It has been proved today that the impact of training of tumors are defined as following: knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, reflecting the content of their professional activities at the border using automated and means of border control. Objectives, content and result of training cadets have been defined. The purpose of training cadets is ensuring a new level of competence as future border issues concerning the organization and conduct of combat training tasks at the border. Determined that the willingness of the future border guards to the profession – is a complex formation of his personality, which includes motivational, cognitive, operational, emotional and volitional specially – language components professionally significant qualities of the person that should have a graduate for a successful professional work in modern terms. Stages of formation of future officers called to the profession include preliminary stage, the main stage, the stage adaptation of young officers for service on the frontier. The model subjects with technical means of border control in the formation of future officers for the use of technology border control, which can be represented as the following interrelated informative blocks (scientific) and the control (procedural). To block include informative scientific content of the discipline, and the pedagogical content manager that lets cadets directly generated knowledge and skills to use them. Informative Section – is a holistic system of scientific basis for the discipline key interdisciplinary concepts, regulations and laws. Control unit is developed as a project of teaching discipline, as a technological means of guided and independent work of cadets. Its basis is the following elements: goals, specific discipline as bank examination tasks that require the use of categories of the discipline and standards deployed their solution, theoretical studies, opinion and vivid description of the general method of solving situations targets based on their profiled - disciplinary analysis, banks target of generalized and partial learning objectives and standards deployed their solution.
