Abstract
In the article a model of formation of humane parents-child relations is considered. This model consists of motivational unit (goal and tasks), conceptual unit (components of humane relations between parents and their children of primary school age and adolescents, pedagogical conditions of formation of humane parentchild relations), diagnostic (criteria, factors, levels of formation of humane relations of parents with their children) and procedural units (semantic and methodological support of work with children and their parents). The pedagogic conditions of formation of humane parents-child relations are highlighted, i. e. improving parents’ pedagogical competence in the sphere of the mentioned problem; for children of primary school age and adolescents — the formation of knowledge about humane qualities and relations in the family, motives and necessities of humane attitude to parents, all of which together determine their humane behavior and communication with their parents; maintenance of the main principles of personality oriented and dialogic approaches in the work of school with parents and children. This model has been implemented through the introduction of programs of extracurricular educative activities with children of primary school age (1-4 forms) and adolescents (5-9 forms) and mutually agreed programs of work with their parents into extracurricular activities of schools of general education; the methodical design for tutors «Humanization of relations between parents and children of primary school age and adolescents» on the mentioned problem.
