Orientation of Adult Education at the end of the XXI century, when it was first recognized as a social institution until the mid 1980 rr.HH century., When vnlyv globalization became evident, not focused on the job training. Undoubtedly there were training programs aimed at employed and unemployed, but most of the organized activities were aimed at spreading general education and personal development and social change.
