Abstract

This paper examines how the European dimension along with mobility affect the role of teachers in higher education specific needs of teacher training as a result of this action. In Europe, the heterogeneity should be implemented all changes, where traditional teaching and learning to respond to different criteria and is a consequence of the evolution of any society.
