Abstract
The article is devoted to analyses of teachers' role in the process of reforming of the professional education and training in European countries. Based on the surveys of International organizations and European experts the author reveals peculiarities of strategic role of VET teachers in transformations. The surveys show that teachers would be recognized both as stakeholders and professional educators in their role.
