Abstract

The article presents a theoretical analysis of the relationship of the concepts of " development ", " professional development ", " process management". The economic analysis of the impact of market forces on the development of VET through: performance dynamics financing of education ; clarify the major causes of disparities between the number of university students and students and students of vocational schools , low- prestige occupations among young workers . It is proved that the orientation of VET in Ukraine not to the labor market and the education market is due, above all , the lack of a deep and comprehensive economic analysis and forecast of the number and qualifications required of employees and the economy of Ukraine weak link schools with potential employers for its graduates. There are several methodological approaches of local scientists predict about the education market , depending on trends in the labor market and by their critical analysis.
