Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of the future of the pupils and youth professional choice. It is considered the role of their motivation for the creative work in the contemporary situation of the worket economy. Here is proposed a new approach to the creative work motivation development by the way of professional self determination throught the selfimprovement, selfconciousness and selforganization of the personality with a help of the art-therapy.
