Abstract
In this article the motivational, informative, operational components of a competent mother-tongue education, characterized by means of structuring the learning material in the textbooks, which are based on the sequential use of didactic and developmental functions of systemic linkages between phonetic, lexical, grammatical concepts, and thus a unity of language and speech development of students, created optimal conditions for self-knowledge, delfdevelopment, the formation of ideals of goodness, beauty, truth, love for his native land, its culture, the adoption of active life position.
