Abstract

Found that the current conditions of professional self-determination require the youth not only a great mastery of the profession and , above all, of formation of new subjective qualities, among which the most important are active , self-confidence and optimism. By applying the Psycho-Cybernetics and self - concept proposed effective technology of these qualities.
