Abstract
The article examines the artistic and aesthetic philosophy as a basis for training teachers of artistic disciplines. The author focuses on the psychological and pedagogical mechanisms of artistic and aesthetic outlook of the teacher as the core of its cultural formation and the relation to their own profession.
