Abstract
The monitoring study of Chinese scientists in systems educational quality assessment in the European countries are analyzed in the article. The approaches to the organization of the management and control educational quality, systems of educational measurement, evaluation of educational institutions are disclosed. Defined specificity of national systems of educational quality assessment and singled out their development trends in the modern world educational practice.
