Abstract

The article outlines approaches to build predictive models of career guidance to pupils, adequate dynamic market conditions are presented and analyzed information on the issue of qualified workers and specialists educational institutions of Ukraine (1985-2006 years). Author determined the main directions of work with professional counseling and career guidance to support the specifics of professional self pupils of 8-9 classes.
