Abstract
The creative potential of the person is considered through a triad of self-knowledge, which has an exit on the self-organising connected with self-development (self-training, selfeducation,self-education), self-checking and a self-estimation. Self-organising, as process, determined by means of definition of the purposes, the maintenance and stages sel-forganised creative activity. Self-organising is expressed only through self-development which includes self-training, self-education and self-education. Self-training and self-education are deepening of knowledge, formation and development of creative purposefulness of the person. The author's exit on the teacher, since student's years, is caused by importance of a' teacher's trade with which the way of each individual to perfection and self-improvement of kinds of its own experience begins. It is important that entirely they are defined by level of pedagogical skill of the teacher. That the teacher receives during this process, is characteristic for each person in educational system during its life cycle, development Qnd self-development of its vital and professional competences.
