Abstract
The article presents a diagnostics of the conditions in general educational institutions the adherence to which allows for creation of a preventive educational 254 environment. The system approach is applied to the development of the diagnostic techniques. Also modern psycho-educational and analytical methods have been used to calculate the integral estimate. The integral estimate takes into account criteria such as preventive educational environment «competence», «supply», «processability» and «manageability». The weighting factors are calculated for criteria and indicators of preventive educational environment based on expert evaluation and the method of hierarchies. It is shown that the maximum value for the formation of preventive educational environment in general educational institutions is the criterion of «manageability» and its performance: psycho-emotional climate in the educational institution, the effectiveness of the system of scientific and methodological support of preventive educational environment, interaction in the formation of a preventive educational environment of general educational institution. High, medium, and low levels of preventive educational environment formation based on its integral estimate are determined.
