Abstract

Psihologo-pedagogical researches which allow to define professional career as discrete process of a choice and trade realisation for which its incompleteness from the point of view of continuous профессионализации persons which assumes increase of its professional level is characteristic are analysed and does not exclude a trade. Preparation of youth for planning of professional career assumes the organisation of adequate psihologo-pedagogical maintenance and support of the given process which represent a complex of the organizational and psihologo-pedagogical actions directed on studying, formation, development and correction of professional formation of the person.
