Abstract

Theoretical approaches to a problem of professional self-determination of studying youth are considered. Technologies of formation of readiness of youth to professional self-determination are analysed. Change of a paradigm of preparation of schoolboys and pupils of professional educational institutions to professional self-determination is offered.
