Abstract

The theoretical and practical aspects of a professional self-development of a modern personality are reflected in the article. The author pays attention to the professional self-development of a modern personality, which requires to have: modern competencies and an adequate perception of social and economic needs and requirements; a conscious perception of the goals and motives of professional activity in mastering market values; planning of the own course in professional self-development.
