Abstract

This monograph is devoted to the theoretical and practical principles of professional orientation of youth. The author shows the problems of professional self-identity in a market environment and substantiates psychological and pedagogical principles of professional choices of the personality in a changing labor market conditions. The article represents the principles and methodological approaches of giving appropriate psychological help to young people in their professional development in modern working conditions. The book may be useful for trainers, teachers and masters of vocational training at vocational schools, scientists, academics, post-graduate professional education institutions, post graduates, doctoral students, anyone interested in the problems of professional self-identity.
