Abstract

The requirements of technical progress determine the technologicalization of the educational process on the basis of the integration of information and communication and pedagogical technologies, which becomes a necessary condition for mass quality education. The material and constructive form of the textbook as a socio-cultural phenomenon is determined by the development in society of methods of activity, technology of activity, ie culture in a particular society, and the social order for a particular technology of activity. Modern infocommunication technologies determine the transformation of the traditional educational process into the cognitive activity of students to acquire, first of all, knowledge and skills in the subject, but also universal - such as search, selection, analysis, organization and presentation of information, use of information to solve specific life tasks, etc., which are an integral part of the information culture of the individual in the information society. The electronic textbook is considered as an educational information resource, the creation, distribution and use of which is possible only with the use of modern information technology and electronic computer technology. The starting point in the creation of electronic textbooks are didactic goals and objectives, to achieve and solve which use infocommunication technologies. The composition of textual and multimedia material acquires exceptional didactic significance. The quality of perception of new information, the possibility of generalization and analysis, speed of memorization, completeness of learning information largely depend on the location of information on the page (computer screen) and the sequence of pages. Based on the features of the electronic textbook, compared with the paper, we can distinguish two functions of multimedia: illustrative and cognitive. Another phenomenological feature of the electronic textbook is the modification of the communicative process between student and teacher, due to the student's ability to independently acquire knowledge about additional connotative meanings, which are not known to everyone, but only part of the audience and independence of learning. The student's interaction with the educational material is carried out through interactivity, which allows to maintain the ability to self-study at the highest level. To do this, learning materials must be "tuned" to "dialogue" with the student. Infocommunication technologies that affect individual and social life in society, and modify the textbook (as a socio-cultural phenomenon), changing it according to the criteria and methods of future-oriented activities.
