Abstract

Normative and legal framework for the process of standardization of initial vocational education in the context of socio-economic and educational reforms. In this article it is proved that one of the features of the Russian Federation defense standardization process is a high level of regulatory and legal framework of each stage. Through the development of an appropriate regulatory framework standard was perceived not as a conservative tool, but as an instrument of education.
