Abstract

The specific feature of Ukrainizational processes in 20-th-30-th (XX), taking Tsentralno-Chornosemna region, the RSFSR, as a model, are put into the article’s analysis. The real facts and certain situations of Ukrainization’s accepting in educational sphere by local settlers and region’s administration are demonstrated. Both some mistakes and positive features, the possibilities of Ukrainizational changes are specified. The documents (resolutions, decisions and guidelines) which belong to that time and the statistic records connected with this problem are involved as well. During the process of this article’s preparation, the information from national regional archives, belonging to Kurskaja, Voroniezhskaja and Bielgorodskaja regions was widely used.
